The ability to display diagnostic trouble codes DTC is an optional feature. Codes may be displayed on either the gauge cluster or an optional vehicle information display VID. The vehicle must be equipped with the option to display codes in both cases. Codes will not be displayed on the gauge cluster if the vehicle is equipped with the VID. A gauge sweep will be performed on the gauges. The gauge cluster will then display the following information for 5 seconds:.
If faults are present, the gauge cluster display will show each diagnostic trouble code for 10 seconds and then automatically scroll to the next entry and continue to cycle through the faults.
Once all faults have been displayed the number of faults will be displayed again, then the cycle will repeat. To manually cycle through the fault list press and release the cluster display selector button. The following information will be displayed for each fault:. Source addresses and DTC descriptions are presented in plain text. NOTE — The following selections will not be available if the vehicle is not equipped with the option to display codes.
Scroll through the list of faults if faults are present. Some previously active codes may not be cleared by this method. A High Battery Cutout fault has. A high Battery Cutout fault has. Im getting battery power with my volt meter from that pin 46 I kinda of gave up and started bolting down harnesses where i found the bad allison ignition wire. The check engine light went away, but im still getting disappearing voltage parameters and bad ad blue pump pressure numbers, bad soot index numbers the truck revs up and down on its own. The loom is actually too big for the number of wires running through it, so they can wiggle around inside and rub through from the inside.
Also, the whole harness is too long, so they zig zag it and zip tie it behind the inner fender which introduces more areas for wiring to rub.

NOTE: If equipped with optional GreenStar display, do not attempt to access diagnostic address information on both displays at the same time. There are diagnostic values from various inputs, outputs and sensors. There should be no need for operators to perform any interactive calibration procedures, however, the display will look like: CAL in Numeric Display One will alternate with diagnostic address DA.
Press diagnostic enter switch, the far left value will flash which means this value can be changed. Rotate selection dial to change value, press diagnostic calibration switch to move to next value to the right and use selection dial to change value as well. The risk of slipping rear wheel. It is not a malfunction. ABS not active. Check the battery charge level of the speed sensors. FMI 3 is too high charging batteries.
Check the voltage of the car. FMI 4 is too low level of battery charge. Replace the ABS unit. Replace the tire. Check that the control unit transmits the retarder signal via the CAN data bus.

Check the condition of the gear. FMI 2 wheel speed sensor, front right, open circuit or short to ground. FMI 7 wheel speed sensor, front right, is too big a gap.

It takes like 20 minutes to get up to 65 miles an hour but once I'm there it runs okay. I checked the air filters cuz it feels like the engine just not getting the right amount of air.
